Product Overview
The KPH20 Steel Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector featuring an angled top profile, designed to reinforce and stabilise 90° corners in metal frames, gates, and fabricated structures where loads are applied unevenly or at an angle. Manufactured from solid 6 mm thick steel, it provides excellent rigidity, resistance to deformation, and long-term durability in fabrication and outdoor environments.
With a 50 mm top length, 38 mm upper vertical section, 76 mm lower vertical drop, and a 28 mm base width, the KPH20 offers deep lower engagement for improved load transfer and corner stability. The angled upper face helps distribute forces more evenly across the joint, making it well suited to gate frame corners, fabricated panels, enclosures, railings, and general steel fabrication where accurate alignment and reinforced corner strength are required.
