Product Overview
The KPH15 Steel Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector designed to reinforce and stabilise 90° corners in metal frames, gates, panels, and fabricated structures where a deeper lower engagement is required. Manufactured from solid 6 mm thick steel, it provides excellent rigidity, impact resistance, and long-term durability in demanding fabrication and outdoor environments.
Featuring a 50 mm top length, a 38 mm upper vertical section, a 64 mm lower vertical drop (102 mm total height), and a 28 mm base width, the KPH15 offers extended lower penetration into the joint, thereby improving load transfer and resistance to twisting. The tapered lower end assists with positioning and weld access, making this joint well suited to gate frame construction, steel corner reinforcement, fabricated panels, enclosures, railings, and general metalwork where strength, alignment, and clean corner geometry are essential.
