The KPH18 Steel Junction Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector with a T-style profile, designed for applications where a vertical member intersects or is reinforced at a central point rather than a simple external corner. Manufactured from solid 6 mm thick steel, it provides excellent rigidity and resistance to twisting in fabricated frames and gate assemblies.
With a 71 mm overall width, a central horizontal section, and extended vertical legs above and below, the KPH18 distributes load evenly across the joint and helps maintain alignment in multi-directional assemblies. This shape makes it particularly suitable for gate frames, mid-rail junctions, reinforced frame intersections, structural panels, enclosures, and general steel fabrication, where additional support is required at a junction rather than a standard corner.
