Product Overview
The KPH17 Steel Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector featuring an angled top profile, designed to reinforce and stabilise 90° corners in metal frames, gates, and fabricated structures where loads are not applied perfectly square. Manufactured from solid 6 mm thick steel, it provides high rigidity, resistance to deformation, and reliable long-term performance in fabrication and outdoor environments.
With a 63 mm top length, 32 mm upper vertical section, 63 mm lower vertical drop, and a 25 mm base width, the KPH17 offers balanced corner engagement while the angled upper face helps distribute force more evenly across the joint. This geometry makes it particularly suitable for gate frame corners, fabricated panels, enclosures, railings, and general metalwork where improved load transfer, alignment stability, and reduced stress concentration at the corner are required.
