Product Overview
The KPH8 Steel Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector designed to reinforce and join 90° corners in pallet frames, stillages, and industrial structures where a balance of wide top engagement and deep vertical reinforcement is required. Manufactured from solid 5 mm thick steel, the KPH8 provides excellent strength, impact resistance, and long-term durability in demanding handling and storage environments.
With an 89 mm top length (3⅛″), an 83 mm vertical drop (3¼″), and a 25 mm internal depth (1″), the KPH8 offers substantial corner coverage while maintaining a relatively compact footprint compared to deeper-profile joints. This geometry improves load transfer and frame rigidity while helping maintain accurate corner alignment during fabrication.
The precision-cut and formed profile ensures a consistent fit and makes the KPH8 suitable for welding or mechanical fixing.
