The KPH10 Steel Corner Joint is a stepped-profile, heavy-duty structural connector designed for reinforcing and accurately locating 90° corners in pallet frames, crates, stillages, and industrial structures where improved positional stability is required. Manufactured from solid 5 mm thick steel, it provides reliable strength, durability, and resistance to movement in demanding handling and packaging environments.
Featuring a 33 mm internal step, the KPH10 allows the joint to locate positively against frame or panel edges, improving consistency of fit and reducing the risk of movement under load. With a 71 mm top length, 83 mm vertical drop, and 25 mm internal depth, it offers a balanced combination of top engagement and vertical reinforcement, making it suitable for pallet and stillage frame construction, export and industrial packaging, warehouse handling structures, and fabrication projects where controlled alignment and secure corner reinforcement are required.
