The KPH12 Steel Corner Joint is a heavy-duty structural connector featuring an angled top profile, designed to improve load distribution and reduce stress concentration at 90° corners where forces approach at a slight downward or offset angle. Manufactured from solid 6 mm thick steel, it provides enhanced rigidity, durability, and resistance to deformation in demanding pallet, crate, and industrial frame assemblies.
With a 52 mm top length, a 51 mm upper vertical section, and an extended 108 mm overall vertical drop, the KPH12 offers a tall, stable corner profile while maintaining compatibility with standard 25 mm edge widths. The angled upper face helps guide loads smoothly over the corner, making this joint particularly suitable for pallet and stillage frame construction, heavy packaging and export frames, warehouse handling systems, and fabrication projects where controlled force transfer and improved corner stability are required.
