The KPH21 Steel Corner Joint is a compact structural connector designed to reinforce and stabilise 90° corners in metal frames, gates, and fabricated assemblies where a lighter section and shorter drop are required. Manufactured from 4.7 mm thick steel, it provides dependable strength, accurate alignment, and durability while maintaining a slimmer profile compared to heavier corner joints.
With an 89 mm top length, 25 mm upper vertical section, and 45 mm lower vertical drop, the KPH21 offers good corner engagement without excessive depth. Its rounded outer corner helps reduce stress concentration and provides a clean finish, making it suitable for gate frames, light structural frames, fabricated panels, enclosures, and general metalwork where compact reinforcement and neat corner geometry are important.
