Product Overview
The KPB10 is a long, heavy gauge pressed steel U-bracket with a 67 mm channel width and 4.7 mm wall thickness, making it the most substantial channel bracket in the standard U-bracket range. The extended 67 mm channel length provides a larger contact area along the section being fixed, distributing the fixing load over a longer span and improving resistance to twisting and pull-out compared to shorter brackets.
The 4.7 mm thickness is suited to load-bearing and high-stress applications where a standard 3 mm bracket would be insufficient including structural pallet gate joints, high-load racking assemblies, and fabricated steel frames subject to repeated impact or heavy static loads. Multiple pre-drilled holes along the channel allow flexible bolt positioning to suit different frame configurations and fixing centres, without the need for drilling on site.
