The KPB3 is a double-sided pressed steel tube clamp bracket precision-formed to suit 42.8 mm CHS (circular hollow section) tube. The curved saddle profile is pressed to match the tube diameter exactly, so the bracket seats flush against the tube surface on both sides — giving a stable, rattle-free connection that stays tight under repeated load cycles.
It is widely used in pallet gate frame assembly, warehouse racking construction, and fabricated steel tube structures where 42.8 mm round tube is the standard section. The double-sided contact distributes the fixing load across both faces of the tube, reducing the risk of the tube rotating or pulling through the bracket under stress.
