Product Overview
The KPB15 is a heavy duty pressed steel Z-bracket with a 50 × 32 mm offset profile and 4.7 mm wall thickness — the thickest Z-bracket in the Kirmell range. The Z-profile creates two fixing faces set 32 mm apart, allowing connections to be made between components that sit at different planes or depths, while the 4.7 mm steel provides the rigidity and load capacity needed for structural and high-stress applications where a standard 3 mm Z-bracket would be insufficient.
It is used in heavy industrial gate assemblies, structural steel fabrications, and high-load pallet frame joints where the offset connection point is subject to significant force, vibration, or repeated loading. The heavier gauge makes it particularly suitable for permanent structural installations where long-term joint integrity matters.
