The KPB6 is a heavy duty pressed steel U-bracket with a flat 25 × 19 mm channel profile and 5 mm wall thickness significantly more rigid than the standard 3 mm brackets in this range. The extra thickness makes it the correct choice for high-load or high-cycle applications where a standard bracket would flex, deform, or loosen over time under repeated stress.
It is used in demanding industrial gate assemblies, structural pallet frames, and fabricated steel fixtures where the joint is subject to regular impact, vibration, or heavy static load. The flat U-channel profile provides a clean three-sided grip on flat or rectangular sections, and the pre-drilled fixing holes accept standard bolts for a secure, bolt-tight connection.
