Product Overview
The KPB7 is a double-sided pressed steel tube clamp bracket precision-formed to suit 49 mm G-tube (circular hollow section). The curved saddle profile is pressed to match the tube diameter exactly, seating flush against both sides of the tube to create a stable, rattle-free fixing that stays tight under repeated loading.
It is used in pallet gate frame construction, warehouse racking systems, and fabricated steel tube assemblies where 49 mm round tube is the specified section size. The double-sided contact distributes the fixing load across both faces of the tube, resisting rotation and pull-through at the joint under the handling and load cycles typical of industrial gate and racking use.
